Hi jiaming,

The software is having difficulty connecting to the XDS110 on the LAUNCHXL-CC2650. What programmer firmware are you using (FLASH-PROGRAMMER-2, UNIFLASH, CCSTUDIO, IAR) and is this a new out-of-box LaunchPad?

Hi Ryan,

I have tried to load a few projects to this board before. In between it asked to update the firmware. Other than that it is a brand new launch pad. I have FLASH-PROGRAMMER-2 but it is not shown any device.

Were these attempts to program successful before it became unresponsive? Did it ask to update the firmware when using the same FLASH-PROGRAMMER software, or were you switching between this and the CCS/IAR IDE? It's possible that the XDS110 debugger firmware became corrupted at some point. Did the latest firmware update fail? Does the LaunchPad still enumerate as an Application UART and Auxiliary Data Port on the COM Port dropdown of your system's Device Manager?
