Part Number: CC2642R-Q1
Team, How does the CC2642 RF tolerance compliant with BLE SIG limits (see below)? Also, does the concept of ICFT (initial carrier frequency tolerance) +/-75KHz has any meaning for testing in BLE settings?

Hi,
First of all, I would like to point you to this app note. You will see that the device has been qualified for Bluetooth Low Energy several times.
Regarding your question, the data you highlighted in the data sheet is for Rx operations (i.e. it's better if this number is higher). On the contrary, the number you highlighted in the Bluetooth spec is for Tx operations.
As a side note, I see from the data provided that (as expected) the frequency error tolerance of the device is significantly bigger than the allowed frequency deviation of the center frequency of the packet. So every should be fine.
Let us know if you need additional information.
Kind regards,
