CC2640R2F: missing (RXTX) External Bias pin in BGA package

Hi,

I am using the BGA package. - CC2640R2FYFV. It does not have a pin for RXTX (external Bias) like other packages.

Can we use an external circuit to provide RF bias or another pin?

We want to maintain differential RF input.

No. you have to use Internal Bias.

Hi,

You can use Internal Bias only. External Bias not required.

You can use the same differential circuit without connecting it to TXRX Pin.

Please refer to the Data Sheet SWRS201 for differential circuit without connection to TXRX PIn.
