Hi,

My customer is using CC2640 and trying to load firmware via JTAG.

They found Flash Programmer 2 can not recognize it .

But they also try to use the XDS110 of CC2640R2 EVM and jump the wire to their CC2640 board.

It is OK to load firmware.

Please help to provide comments for fixing this issue.

It sounds like connection problem. Try to make sure JTAG connection is secure and don't use cable longer than 10 cm.
