We are testing the RF but meet below issue:

Anyone know how to calibrate the RF freq? Or which document is talking about RF calibration?

From the test it looks like you have ~60 kHz frequency offset. That indicate that you are using load capacitors that are not tunes to the xtal you are using. Which CL is the xtal you are using spec'ed for and what are the values of the load caps you are using?

And the load caps, do they use the internal cap array or have they mounted load caps and turned the internal load caps off.

The frequency offset is -77 kHz and it is within Bluetooth spec (+/- 150 kHz). Delta F0-Fn max (drift through packet) and Delta F1-F0 (preamble drift) is caused by something else. I would start with a general design review.
