CC2640R2F: How to store a variable into reserved RAM section/how to retain value of variable on soft reset

Hi,

I am using CC2640r2f with CCS (v10.1.1).I want to create a variable that can retain its value on soft RESET also. How is this possible to achieve? please provide some documentation if available .

what are the required changes?

Please see an example of this in the OAD guide, linked below. It describes application switching using RAM. Please also see Power Modes (Section 6.6) in https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/swcu117i/swcu117i.pdf and turn on SRAM retention.

Hi BIPIN,

I suggest you store it at internal flash SNV then load it to variable upon power up or soft reset.
