CC2640R2L: Adding observer role to existing peripheral project

I couldn't find a specific guideline to merge two roles (nor a discussion here in e2e), but we obviously have the multi-role example project that can be leveraged by your customer. I would suggest starting from this example project.

Thank you for your answer. I'm sorry but this not a solution for the customer. This is not a new project. A lot of code has already been written, and the customer can't just start from scratch with the multi-role example.

The question is how to add observer role to the existing project.

Adding observer role to a modified simple peripheral is doable. There are reference codes and documentation that your customer can use as guide.
