Hi,

I call the ICall_getHeapMgrGetMetrics every time I send a package and I have;

pBlkMax pBlkCnt pBlkFree pMemAlo pMemMax pMemUB totalFreeSize largestFreeSize

75 72 7 4120 4140 4348 1108 868

76 73 8 4120 4140 4348 1108 1000

78 74 9 4120 4140 4348 1108 1000

79 75 10 4120 4140 4348 1108 1000

I free the alloc heap every time and pMemMax doesn't change but pBlkMax pBlkCnt pBlkFree increase every time.

what is their increase due to?

Hi Giuseppe,

pMemAlo appears to have approached pMemUB which indicates memory is fully allocated and thus the pBlkMax/pBlkCnt/pBlkFree could be erroneous. This seems like memory leakage behavior, does pMemAlo decrease when you free the memory? Is the application behavior affected and have you referred to the Debugging Guide?

yes, pMemAlo decrease.

Does the behavior occur if pMemAlo is not so close to pMemUB? Make sure to free all memory that has been allocated, even during instances that return an error condition, to resolve memory leaks which could cause it to creep towards the upper boundary. ROV tools from the previously linked Debugging Guide could be helpful for addressing this.
