If the link layer was able the send the LL_TERMINATE_IND PDU during a connection event, but the other side was just at the edge and is out-of-range and did not get the PDU. In this scenario, even though the link layer sent the LL_TERMINATE_IND PDU but it wasn't received, what would be the disconnect reason code? Would it be Connection Terminated By Local Host (0x16) or Connection Timeout (0x08)?
