CC2640R2F: Bluetooth SIG certification process

As a general advice, I would recommend to leverage the help of your BQC (Bluetooth Qualification Consultant). I would also recommend to review this app note.

1- Yes, you should definitely edit the ICS for consistency check to be valid. Basically, you should select the feature you need. Then, using the consistency check, you should select all the required elements. 

2- Edit the ICS should not lead to require tests not passed by TI. If not it means you are not using the proper SDK

3- Well, you will b required to do the RF-PHY tests. The only option to avoid this would be use a module.

4 & 5- Please refer to this thread.

As a side note, as explained in the app note, because of the Bluetooth errata 10734 and 11838, you won't be able to go to certification with SDK 3.30. We recommend to migrate to a newer SDK.

Hi,

1- You have stated the proper documents.

2- You should use "GATT/SR/GAW/BV-11-C" if it is required by your test plan - it will depend on the exact set of feature selected.

3- For ATT, GAP, GATT,L2CAP, SM and DIS, the QDID should already cover these. In other words, TI has run these tests an provided the test reports and/or test evidences to the SIG. It means you don't need to provide them. 
To help understanding, the tests related to errata 10734 and 11838 were not included in QDIDs obtained before the publication of the errata. This is why you have to provide the documents mentioned at question 1.

For this last question, you should ask your BQC - this will depends on her/him. In general the BQC fill the test plan for you and ask for the missing test evidences/reports.

To be clear, you will have to run the RF-PHY tests. These tests are always required (except when working with a module).
