Can we control what message the Transmitter (the slave node) send, e.g. always send the same message? Clément

I know AoA is passive communication, the Receiver only care received signal Y and do cross-product to get covariance matrix and then do MUSIC ...which does not require to know what X is. But I am thinking about to use it for environment monitoring task, so when the environment H changes, the waveform Y change accordingly. To this end, we have to fixed the transmitter X.

As I have been able to run the demo code rtls_aoa_iq_with_rtls_util_export_into_csv.py in tutorial task 4 - get IQ data

Hi Jet,

I recommend looking at the SLA AoA course and the AoA chapter in the User's Guide. The AoA chapter goes in-depth into what is inside a packet how the entire AoA concept works. I believe it may answer your question. Can you verify if this is the case?

Per the description, it looks like the TX is transmitting long consecutive 1s, or in my problem, the transmitted message X is invariant. Correct me if I am wrong. Clément
