I was wondering if there is enough supply to use for a several level shifters? Will this be do-able since they don't draw a lot of current?

Are these the level shifters between the MSP430 and the PAN1315?

It will not work due to the power up sequence. MLDO_OUT is available only after assertion of the BT_RESET line.
