Problem while downloading the code

I have a cc2650 launchpad. I am trying to flash simple_peripheral_lp program in ble stack 2.2.5. I am using CCS7 IDE. While downloading the code using debug option I am experiencing problems in the XDS110 debugger. It is frequently showing as it needs a firmware update. But even after I click the update it's not getting updated. After that, it's showing an error as it can't able to connect to the target. How to resolve this problem.

Are you able to program the project's output image with Uniflash or Flash-Programmer 2? Please refer to the XDS Emulation Software Downloads and XDS110 Product Page.

Yeah, I tried using uniflash. It also asked for an update. I flashed the simple_peripheral_lp program of BleStack_2.2.5, First, I uploaded the hex file of the stack then the app hex file. But that code didn't show anything in the serial terminal.

The stack and application hex files should not have any overlapping memory regions and thus can be programmed individually. You can refer to Section 2.7, "Working with Hex Files", from the Developer's Guide for more information. This document will also provide details regarding projects supporting the LAUNCHXL-CC2650 hardware.

How can i Upload the Application and stack image using CCS . How Should I map the memory regions of application and stack image. guide me on this?

You should be able to upload using CCSTUDIO given you are using the correct versions and have resolved the XDS110 firmware issue. Instructions are provided in Section 2.6.3 of the previously referenced Developer's Guide. You can use the existing app/stack command linker files as a reference for memory mapping.
