This is not a Bluetooth problem, but we are only needing to figure out how to solve this problem when attempting to debug:

The JTAG DR Integrity scan-test succeeded, and it works fine in SmartRF Studio 7 and Flash Programmer 2.
Other people have posted about the same problem but, when they explained how they solved it, their explanations were missing important information that prevented them from being helpful. For example, one person stated they had to [Save As] into a different folder, but they did not specify which folder they saved it into.
We appreciate any help and will provide any additional information if needed!
