CC2651R3-How to measure supply voltage during sleep mode?

I planned to use cc2651r3 .In cc2651r3 no Sensor controller and I have no adc pins available .but i need to measure supply
voltage in sleep mode. Is it possible?

Is it possible to measure supply voltage with help of Battery Monitor in sleep mode/low power mode?

After looking over the documentation for the CC26xx Technical Reference Manual (SWCU117): https://www.ti.com/lit/swcu117

Under Section 6.6.4 Standby Mode:

“Standby mode is defined as all power domains in the MCU_VD voltage domain being powered off and the micro LDO supplying AON_VD and MCU_VD”

Thus, the AON utility will still be available for use.

Furthermore, the AON power domain contains circuitry that is always enabled, except for the shutdown mode (digital supply is off), as noted in the CC26xx Driver Library:

You should be able to measure the supply voltage in sleep mode in standby/sleep mode. Here is the resource for the AON Battery Monitor:
