Hi Team,
Posting for our customer. May we request for the Temperature coefficient of Frequency (TCF) (in ppm/°C) of the BAW resonator integrated in the CC2652RB?
Thanks in advance!
Kind Regards,
Jejomar

Hi Jejomar,
May I ask what the customer needs this information for?
The BAW resonator gets compensated in the Cortex®-M0 radio core for temperature and voltage variations to ensure ±40 ppm accuracy.

Hi KJ Yong,
It is not that the resonator will drift in a different direction for TX or RX, it is that the accuracy of the resonator can drift due to temperature, process, aging etc. Thus there is a +/-40PPM requirement on the resonator. Note that this matches the BLE specification.
As an example at 25C and time zero you make have the resonator with at +5 PPM of the desired frequency. then as temperature increase them will drift in one or the other direction. The key is that under the conditions you meet the PPM requirement.
Thanks,
Riz
