Eclipse (the underlying tool of CCS) builds the code using a makefile automatically created in the output directory of your project. It has a few other auxiliary .mk files and may be what your customer wants to know.
To validate this, simply open a command prompt in the output of the directory and issue make all or gmake all (the make tool must be on the path of your system).

Thanks then as far as hooks to various version control/continuous integration server besides Export, there is GIT and CVS. Is there any other plugins/options that Eclipse support that I can point my customers to?
