You can try to refer to sunmaysky.blogspot.com/.../how-to-detect-buttont-hold-in-cc26x2.html and revise the example to measure your pulse.

I have a ultrasonic sensor which give output with pulse width from 3msec to 12 msec How to measure the pulse width using CC2640 mirocontroller?to which DIO of controller has to connected ? is there any sample code with respect to timer or counter to measure the pulse width?

No it Not Working before that itself TI resolved that problem , find difficult to count the pulse on DIO3 or DIO7 pin of CC2640f128 48 PIn IC

In the link I gave you, you can measure the time in 10uA scale. Is this not good enough?

I suppose you can call Clock_getTicks() to get time stamp when there is edge trigger on DIO. Then, you can diff time stamps of two edge triggers to calculate pulse width.
