CCS/CC2642R-Q1: How to change the default TX POWER in CC2642 ?

Part Number: CC2642R-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SYSCONFIG

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

The default TX POWER of Simple Peripheral project is 0dBm . However , the TX POWER should be changed to 5dBm in order to improve BLE transmition distance .
In order to verify which configuration setting parameter can change the default TX POWER , the HOST TEST project and CC2652 Launchpad were used , as shown in picture 1 . The macro
definition DEFAULT_TX_POWER was set to HCI_EXT_TX_POWER_5_DBM , as shown in picture 2 . Testing the actual TX POWER of CC2652 through R&S CMW500, as shown in picture 3 . The testing result
is shown in picture 4 .
Neither the DEFAULT_TX_POWER was set to HCI_EXT_TX_POWER_5_DBM or HCI_EXT_TX_POWER_0_DBM , the actual TX POWER of CC2652 stayed the same . How to change the default TX POWER in CC2642 ?
Where is my configuration wrong ?
