Pin 41 of CC2530 in EagleCAD library?

I'm doing a schematic layout using EagleCAD. One of my components is the CC2530, which in the schematic component, has a pin 41. However, this pin 41 is not in the datasheet provided by TI. Does anyone know what this is for? It's labeled as "GND-TP" but how is that different from regular "GND?"
