Regarding TRF7962ARHBT datasheet,

There are input VIL, VIH specifications, but logic output specifications cannot be found.

Could you please let us know about the logic output specifications.

Hello Shinichi,

the datasheets of TRF7970A and TRF7964A are specifying VOH and VOL values. I would assume that the TRF7962A has similar typical values. Nevertheless the TRF7962A would not be recommended for new designs, as it is an older silicon revision. Instead TRF7970A or TRF7964A are recommended for new designs.

I understand VOH and VOL of TRF7962A should be the value of TRF7970A and TRF7964A.
