TRF7970A: Driver for Linux & PCB Antenna

There are Linux driver available for the TRF7970A (https://www.ti.com/tool/TRF7970ASW-LINUX), but the support is very limited. There is one Linux implementation example available, as described in chapter 4.2 of the FAQ document.

For the antenna layout there is no ready to use layout available as customers usually design their boards including the antenna. Guidelines for such an antenna design can be found in the Antenna Design Guide for the TRF79xxA. If an external antenna is required, then it would be possible to search the internet for a 13.56 MHz loop antenna with 1 to 1.5 uH inductance and an 50Ohm antenna tuning, as described in the Antenna Design Guide for the TRF79xxA.
