^are you thinking made your own board ?  How are you will to make if the the layout is about multi layers?

I would like too make my own pcb, but don't know make this in reason the question like strip width, impedance...

Or make the pcb is more simple than i imagine?

There are several reference designs for different devices, for example:

1. CC2530EM reference design is a 2 layers PCB design with matching balun
   and SMT antenna connector.
   This design includes cc2530 SoC, 32MHz crystal, 32MHz crystal, RF part
   and all the GPIOs connected to headers.
2. CC2531 USB Dongle reference design is a 4 layers PCB with matching balun
   and an inverted F antenna.
   This design includes cc2531 SoC, 32MHz crystal, two LEDs, two Push buttons,
   USB routing (and connector), RF part (with balun and printed antenna).

As a start point, pick one that suits the most your future design.

There are several Application notes you should be referencing to while designing your own PCB:

1. AN098 - Layout Review Techniques for Low Power RF Design.
2. AN058 - Antenna Selection Guide.
3. AN081 - Johanson Technology balun optimized for CC253x
4. AN068 - Adapting TI LPRF Reference Designs for Layer Stacking
