CC2662R-Q1: Seeking documentation for 3 required TI library threads: timeslot_thread(), nwm_thread(), and appSim_thread()

I have three required tasks in an application I have inherited. They appear to be TI library threads and I cannot find the documentation for them.

Is there documentation for (1) "timeslot_thread()", (2) "nwm_thread()", and (3) "appSim_thread()".

How can I determine their stack requirements, resource utilization and runtime requirements? Is there source code available for inspection?

the mystery surrounding the appSim_thread() has been solved - it is indeed a non-TI thread. however, timeslot_thread() and nwm_thread() is still a mystery.

Jim,

timeslot_thread, nwm_thread are both threads created to manage aspects of the MAC layer (time slotting and network management). Because it's at a MAC layer, this is delivered as a precompiled library.

appSim can be found in app_task_wmaster.c.

Though this points to the BLE stack docs, you can use the same concept to profile the stack peak usage of each task function via Realtime Object Viewer:

That said, I presume they are created with sufficient memory to work with our maximum network size.
