Is there a problem on your web site? - attempting to download the packet sniffer (enter PACKET-SNIFFER in your part no search box, then click on the link) gets me "Sorry! We couldn't find your page"

Jim,

The link take me to a page that gives details of the packet sniffer but there is no download link on the page that I can find.

It seems to work for me now. There's a PDF icon (for some reason) under the "Key Document" heading next to the link to download a zip file. The zip file has the installer.

Hi Andy,

I experienced the same issue as you yesterday, a Packet Sniffer product page without a download link. Now it works again, and was probably caused by some "glitch" in the server system. Normally such glitches are corrected automatically, so if you experience it again - trying to load the page again later may solve it.

I have got it now.

It was showing an older version when it was not working - the one now is 8July.
