Thanks for reaching out to us.

For item # 1 (TPS62442 ROHS data), I will give feedback on Thursday.

The output voltage of TPS40009DGQR is adjustable and it can be set by choosing the R1 and R2 (see figure and formula below). And the maximum switching frequency is 700kHz at worst case condition.
