Need an alternate for mosfet  MPN SI7852DP-T1-GE3 without ROHS exemption,

    Thanks for considering TI MOSFETs.

    The closest cross to the competitor device is theCSD19534Q5A, this would be same footprint and is a 100V vs competitor 80V.

    However this part also has a RoHS exemption due to the Pb in the solder die attach. TI does offer some 100% lead free solutions with no RoHS exemption, the types of packages this is offered in can be found in the article below. This article goes through lead free for MOSFETs, essentially our only exemption is for Pb in the silicon solder die attach which is common for all MOSFET vendors. There is no viable lead free solution for larger silicon size products on the market today in industry std packages.
