device like CC2510 is required,

small form factor device is required,

i couldnt find wireless transceiver SoC with temp range

-55 to +125 deg c range,

whether i can conclude that wireless transceiver at this temp range not available with TI.

It need not be similar to CC2510.

wireless transceiver at 2.4ghz is required, freq also can be relaxed.

Hi,

Thank you for clarifying. Using the "Operating Temperature Range" parameter in the filters, it seems the device closest to your requirements is the CC2511 which can operate from -50 to 150. Other devices such as the CC2340R5-Q1 and CC2340R5 operate in the -40 to 125 range.
