CC2651R3: Is CC2651R3 (7x7mm) pin compatible with CC2650F128RGZR IC?

Hello TI,

we have product deveolped based on CC2650F128RGZR (7x7mm package), due to less internal flash memory we are looking for new pin to pin compatible BLE IC.

CC2640R2F is pin compatible with CC2650F128RGZR.

But on product page of CC2640R2F https://www.ti.com/product/CC2640R2F#order-quality itsays CC2651R3 is pin compatible with CC2640R2F(7x7 mm package)

So my first question is

1) Can I replace my CC2650F128RGZR with CC2651R3 (instead of CC2640R2F) as they are pin compatibel with each other (7x7mm package) in my exixsting PCB design?

If yes then I also reviewed the Lauchpad required for CC2651R3 (LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1) and in the quickstart guid of this launchpad CC26X2R LaunchPad Quick Start Guide (Rev. A) i saw it uses XDS110 debugger,

So my second question is,

2) Can I use lauchpad LAUNCHXL-CC2650's as a debugger for CC2651R3, since CC2651R3 luachpad also uses same XDS110 (debugger IC No.TM4C129 in both) as debugger?
