cc debugger firmware update

I updated the firmware in our cc debugger to the latest as provided from TI.  After doing the update the debugger would not program.  I kept getting an error "Chip is locked!".

Fortunately I had another debugger that had the old firmware and was able to carry on flashing.  I conclude that something in the firmware update messed with the drive. 

I am using Windows 7 64 Bit OS.

    Just some questions to be able tohelp out:

    - What chip are you working with?

    - What firmware version did you upgrade to?

    - Could you provide a screenshot of SmartRF Flash Programmer showing how the CC Debugger appears in the tool?
