Actually I have that one too. I tried to download the firmware of the access point to the cc1111emk dongle but it does not work. When I plug it to usb port, the PC does not recognize it as a virtual COM device.
After reading the source code of the RF AP, I found the way to compile the code to work with the cc1111EM dongle. It turns out the schematic is a little bit different between the two dongle. The chronos AP uses port P1_0 for LED and the CC1111EM uses port P1_1 instead. Just need to redefine the pin.
