What are the difference between CC2530F256RHAT and CC2530F256RHAR?

The difference is in the quantity of devices per package.

1. CC2530F256RHAT means 250 CC2530F256 devices per package
2. CC2530F256RHAR means 2500 CC2530F256 devices per package

Refer to CC2530 datasheet, page 29 "PACKAGING INFORMATION", for more info.
