CC2652RSIP: 4x20 character LED SPI interface problem

Tool/software:

We have a character OLED that is 20x4 and Switched on for the first two to three times and then It didn't turn on

We checked our connections and connectivity they are good

we linked Simple link Mcu cc2652rsip with the Display without any driver or controller in Serial Peripheral Interface configuration

Can you please help us solve this issue?

If you think a driver is needed , could you provide a sample hardware ...

Serial peripheral interface :

it has 16 pin configuration

1- vss------- /Gnd

2-Vdd ------+5V dc from Regulated power supply

3-11 --------No connection

12- ----------Serial clock

13 -----------Serial data out MiSo

14 -----------Serial data IN MoSi

15------------Active low chip select

16 -----------NC

We soldered wires on to the display panel and linked with jumper wires through the bread board to give connection to the CC2652rsip Launch pad

Hi,

I see the power supply of the OLED is 5V, but the IOs of the CC2652RSIP are on 3V3. Could it be the issue?

Also, have you tried to collect logic traces when the OLED works vs when it does not work?

How do use logic shifters only for power supply or for every(16) pin required.
