RI-TRP-DR2B: Bubble inside

Hi Team, 

My customer found that some of RI-TRP-DR2B40 have bubble inside.

They want to know if it is OK for use? What could be the reason?

Please help to provide comments.

    Hi Mike,

      The picture is a bit small and I can't really see the bubble or its appearance. Has the customer tried using it yet? Other than the physical appearance, has the customer found any functional issue as far as reading, writing or range? I don't think RF will be affected although I can't see the bubble unless you take a zoom-in picture.

    Hi Mike,

      Thanks for the updated pictures. What I can say is that products went through the standard production tests before shipping. They should conform to TI specification. I can't judge any anomality based on physical appearance. This is why I asked if the customer identified any functional issues.
