CC2340R5: RNG Fixed Issues for 8.20 SDk

I noticed in the SimpleLink Low Power F3 Core SDK 8.10.03.01 Release Notes that there are changes related to RNG under Fixed Issues. I have two questions:

After comparing with the previous SDK version, I couldn’t find any changes to the RNG source code. Could you please point out where these changes are located?
What is the scope of the issue fixed in the previous version, and how did it impact the system?

Could please be more specific on which SDKs versions you are referring?

8.10.03.01 SDK cannot be found here https://www.ti.com/tool/download/SIMPLELINK-LOWPOWER-F3-SDK. Please indicate where the SDK is coming from so we can comment.
Which SDK version are you comparing this version to

Also, if not clear, release notes are usually written to track changes from the previous Major or minor release.

1.SimpleLink Low Power F3 Core SDK 8.10.03.01 Release Notes are available, but it appears that this is the Core SDK, not the LPF3 SDK. It seems that the Core SDK is actually a part of the LPF3 SDK

2.Comparing the LPF3 SDK version 8.10.01.02 with version 8.20.00.119.
