Hi Sir/Madam,

I am Confused on chooseing a MCU under CC26xx series in which I am working on Proprietary RF for 20 dBm output. Please suggest me a MCU that work with Proprietary RF Power Amplifer with an output gain of 20dBm.

Hi,

All the CC26xxP devices can deliver up to 20 dBm output power and proprietary RF.

Refer to reference design LP-CC2651P3: https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/swrc375

In order to achieve 20 dBm, The PA section must be supplied by VDDS which is the default BOM for LP-CC2651P3.
