The RF430FRL154H is a transponder, not a reader transceiver. If you mean to communicate through RF as in between a reader and tag, then no.

A reader is an initiator who transmits and receives signals and initiates communication. A tag (transponder) only receives power and responds to commands from the initiator (a reader). A tag (transponder) is passive and powered by the transceiver.
