This document concerning to CC1120 chip, doesn't specify the values of decoupling capacitors and doesn't specify the values of the resistors used.

For example in the CC1020 chip specifies the description of external elements to be used, as show in the following images. It also shows the test circuit.

If you look in the reference design folders I pointed out to you will find schematics with all values required for the frequency band in question and a BOM list in excel format. The figure you are referring to in your first post is for illustration only.

* Thickness of the size of the lines (TOP).

* Distance between P1 and P2 components (BOTTOM).

The values you are looking for are in the Gerber file in the zip file I sent you a link to. Use Viewmate or your favorite gerberfile viewer to open the files and measure the distances.
