Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2591, CC2430
Hi,
I am currently designing a PCB project using the CC2591 RF front end. I have followed the layout and routing reference design provided (CC2430_2590-91EM_1_0.ZIP), in which the DE104iML PCB material is the one used. How important is it to use this exact material? What others PCB materials can be used? for example, FR4? If not, do you have a list of PCB suppliers capable of manufacturing with DE104iML ?
