CC2430+CC2591 according to swra214 doesn't work,why?

I copy the design of TI's swra214 ,and R21 R81 not mounted, R111 is 0,And use the codes of swrc019e, but I can't communicate between the nodes,what's wrong? What to notice?Do you any one use swra214 design?Do you have ever this kind of problems?Can you give me some advice,thank you?

    We have duplicated a similar design to the swra214, keeping the layout the same but altering a few bits here and there (slightly smaller board, no SMA antenna layout, and smaller 32k xtal, PAEN + EN connected to P0_7). This board works fine although we don't use any of the TI libraries. This should not be a problem either way.

    We did an earlier version on basic FR4 (ignoring the special layer spacing, dielectric and copper thickness) which still worked but was down on range.
