CC251x: How to measure HSOSC frequency during production

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC1100, CC2510

Dear Forum,

with CC1100 I was used to measure the real HSOSC frequency during production in order to write the resulting offset into register FSCTRL0.FREQOFF by a individual patched firmware. This realized a optimal RF frequency for the product. The measurement was done by writing value 63 into register GDOx which output the HSOSC clock /192 at a selected GDOx port.

I would like to use the same procedure with the CC251x, but I cannot find a GDOx (the CC251x registers are named IOCFGx) option to output the real HSODC clock.I expected them in "Table 73: Radio Test Output Signals".

How can this be done with the CC251x?

Thanks for any help!
