Testing of Hardware module in Production.. Big Chunk///

Hey All,

 

I have got the hardware module done for my Zigbee 2.4GHz 100mW design.

But, i don't know how to get the modules checked in mass production.??????

Can any one suggest, who has an experience of testing of RF modules in production....

    If you are truly large scale you can get a Vector Signal analyzer like the Rhode & Schwarz FSQ. This allows for a quick check of RF parameters(tx power, EVM and so on). I would consider to do the test conducted via a test probe but else you need to setup a fixed test bench so you dont have to much variation in the geometry giving you weird reflections.
