32KHz-XOSC vs 32KHz-RCOSC wakeup delay

Hello

Based on the section below, it is indicated that when coming up from PM3 and XOSC is enabled; the delay time for stabilization is 500msec.  Does anyone know the delay time for when RCOSC is selected and coming up from PM3? (it is indicated a 2ms, but not sure if this is the total time).

It will be helpful to get an answer from TI Expert(s).

thanks in advance

  • The rcosc32k uses less than 1ms to start up according to simulations. This is from the the module is turned on to when the first valid clock pulse is present at the module output. At this point the module is uncalibrated so to get a valid 32768Hz clock output a calibration has to be perforned and the calibration time added to the startup time.
