Can you please share customer with CC112x RF block diagram? No need to disclose in detail but kind of following brief block diagram is requested.

It depends on Test house but some test houses in Japan requires to user to provide this information(Basically only TX side will be required). ex. at TELEC

Please take a look at the block diagram in the CC1120 datasheet, chapter 4. Isn't that sufficient?

Hi,

Chapter4 is much omitted unfortunately. I am guessing the block diagram I attached can be applied to CC112x as well. If yes, I can provide this to customer so please advice me.

That is not how the CC112x is configured. The main page for it http://www.ti.com/product/cc1120 has a functional diagram which is also on page 20 of the data sheet.
