To operate CC1120 correctly & Reset ?

Dear all,

We developed our module with CC1120 + CC1190. 

And we checked the RF function.

But, sometimes RF output did not work and then i checked signals(SPI signals). They did work. 

So, i compared your TRXEB with CC1120 with our board. 

I found that CC2511  reset the CC1120 with RF reset signal when i clicked the default menu on RF smart studio program.

[Question]

To operate CC1120 correctly, do user have to reset the CC1120 with firmware in initialization function or before user transmit RF data ?

    It is normal to reset any device before initial use, however after the initial reset and during normal operation it is not necessary to reset the device.

    If you go into low power mode, there are some registers that are not retaining and you might need to reprogram them before you can start normal operation again.
