What components determine the radio frequency on CC430F5137 circuit board? Or is that selected by software?

The CC430 VCO is fully integrated on-chip and no external components (inductor or capacitor) determine the RF frequency. The RF frequency is set by writing to the FREQ2, FREQ1, FREQ0 registers

Note that the component values in the network from RF_P/N to the antenna have to be adjusted according to the frequency band you want to operate on to get wanted performance.
