I cannot get my Windows 8 PC to work with SmartRF Studio, does anyone know if Windows 8 is supported.

I have the same situation. I just installed SmartRF and IAR on a windows8 machine and I cant download...

Ok I found that installing the SmartRF Flash programmer solves the issue. It does give some errors (indicating that it could not install some drivers) in windows 8, but IAR detects the smartrf board fine after that and the CC2540 debug that I needed works. I'm happy.
