TRF7970A - Explicitly turn on RF output on TX_OUT

Hello,

I am currently using the colission avoidance commands (+TX data) to turn RF power on or off on TX_OUT.

How do i explicitly turn  the RF on (without using CA) ? My protocol is NFC424 active-active initiator. I would need this feature for test purposes.

rf_on in the chip status control register is only capable to turn RF off. Setting this bit to 1 (when RF is off) has no effect.

    Hello,

    in the meantime we figured out, that after a successful CA procedure (and before start sending data), the rf_on bit is capable to turn the RF off and on again.

    Is there anyway a way to do it without CA?
