CC2531 recognised as CC2530 by CC debugger

I bought some CC2531F256(at least it's marked as CC2531), it can be detected by CC debugger, but in any tools( smartRF studio, flash programmer, IAR), these chips was recognised as CC2530.

Is this another TI production issue? because I used to get one before:

Mark of these chips are:

CC2531

F256

TI 973

PESL G4

Any one got same problem?

Hope TI guy can confirm this issue, so I can return these chips to the saler

Could you in addition please check byte nr 4 in the FLASH info page? If this is 0xA5 it is a CC2530, CC2531 should be 0xB5.

The LOT trace code you wrote in your original mail does not exist in the system. If possible provide us with a picture of the package clearly showing the marking and from where you have bought the chip.
