If we use "CC2543 + CC2591" and "CC2544 + CC2591": What communication distance is achieved?

While it is difficult to predict range as it depends on a number of factors like board layout, antenna, environment the board is used in, etc.

you could expect over 300m open field range.

Is the distance of 300 meters is achieved using only CC2543-CC2544DK? (without CC2591).

With the CC2543 alone you'd get around 100m open field. Again, this is also dependent on the data rate you use.

To get the extended range you'd need the CC2591. However as mentioned previously it depends on a few factors
